Wednesdays Wine (dinner n drinks)

DRINK- 3oz. White Wine, 1oz. Soda Water, Splash of Pineapple Juice


Seared Salmon topped with Lobster Sauce

8oz salmon  skinless

1 table spoon of lobster base

2 cups of Heavy cream

1/2 cups white wine

2 tea spoon of fresh lemon juice

1 table spoon of fresh parsley

1 table spoon of flour

2 table spoon of unsalted butter

First step, start with a hot pan with olive oil. Then place fish, skin down, seared about 3 minutes on both sides and finish in oven. Add no salt on fish.

For sauce: in a bowl add flour and butter sit a side. Add heavy cream, lobster base, and wine reduce for 8 minutes add flour and butter to the sauce stir with wisk till sauce is slightly thickened then add lemon juice and parsley . Serve with rice and medley of vegetables
